What is Designer Genes? 

Designer Genes is a high end outlet style boutique. We curate a wide range of luxury and designer items from current and previous seasons directly from trusted suppliers and manufacturers. High fashion doesn't have to have a high price tag!


Are the products sold on Designer Genes authentic?

Yes! We offer only authentic products sourced directly from trusted suppliers and manufacturers. Because we work directly with original retailers and designers, some items may have spent time on a sales floor, or came as samples from the design house. If an item is labeled as new without tags, it is unworn, new, and directly from the design house. Pre-owned items will ONLY be listed under the "Consignment" category. Every item undergoes an intensive authentication process before it is made available for sale on our website or any of our other platforms. We stand behind the authenticity of each and every product we sell.


How can I be sure that an item will fit me correctly?

Because we carry many designers, size charts & fit will vary. We do offer some measurements within our product descriptions, but we also suggest doing your own research on how a designer size might typically run. We are always happy to provide any extra measurements. If you have any questions regarding sizing on a specific product, please reach out via the chat feature and we will get them to you as soon as possible!


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Venmo, and Shop Pay. 


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Please reach out to customer service via chat if you would like to place an international order.


How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time on all packages is 7-10 business days.


What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return window on most items. Jewelry, skincare, swimwear, undergarments, and any item specifically marked final sale on the description page are not eligible for return.

Why do some of your items not have tags?

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
